With over 30 years of dedicated experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Ms. De Stephano brings unmatched depth, compassion, and creativity to every client she serves. Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Francisco, she earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Communicative Disorders, along with a Rehabilitative Credential, from San Francisco State University.

Her extensive professional background spans a diverse range of settings across California and Virginia—including acute care hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, ICF homes, private clinics, preschools, public school districts, and government agencies. This wide-reaching expertise ensures that Ms. De Stephano offers not only clinical excellence but also a deep understanding of how to tailor care to meet unique needs in any environment.

Beyond her clinical work, Ms. De Stephano is also a self-taught artist and published author. She beautifully blends her artistic talents with decades of speech-language expertise to create educational materials that inspire, empower, and celebrate African American culture.
